These draft terms cover use of the public ECL website and its inquiry pathways. Program-specific terms may also apply to the $5 Impact Hack. Formal legal review is still required.
Information only
Website content explains an evolving model and current pathways. It is not clinical, crisis, legal, financial, employment, certification, audit, or other professional advice.
Submissions and communications
You must have authority to share submitted information and must exclude credentials, protected records, and other highly sensitive data. An inquiry does not create confidentiality, a client relationship, employment, partnership, fiduciary duties, membership, or a response obligation. Any productive work requires separate written terms.
Intellectual property
The website’s original public content and design may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Builders retain ownership of original work unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Do not copy third-party material without permission or a valid license.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site; impersonate others; submit malicious, deceptive, or unlawful content; misuse private information; bypass safeguards; or use ECL pathways to facilitate exploitation, harassment, scams, doxxing, or harm.
Third-party services
Formspree, the Operations Hub consultation pathway, external forms, links, hosting, and infrastructure have their own terms, availability, and data practices. ECL cannot promise uninterrupted access or control every third-party decision.
No automatic relationship or guarantee
Interest, participation, a conversation, a builder label, or a submission does not guarantee acceptance, delivery, funding, compensation, employment, referrals, purchases, income, material support, partnership, membership, confidential access, or continued work.
Changes and applicable law
The site and these terms may change as the ecosystem develops. These terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory rights; no unprovided governing jurisdiction or exclusive venue is invented here.
